During the program, police officers shared practical knowledge and skills on fire prevention, firefighting and rescue operations; common tricks used by scammers to fraud and cheat people of money in cyberspace; as well as traffic regulations and traffic safety skills.

The session featured real-life case studies, interactive exchanges and direct Q&A activities, enabling students to enhance their awareness and ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.

This activity is part of the annual public communication programs conducted by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Department at educational institutions across the province.

It not only helps students—especially freshmen—improve their legal awareness and risk prevention skills but also reflects the companionship of the police forces with the young generation, contributing to building a safe and civilized society.
