At the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To expressed his delight at the positive results of cooperation with relevant Korean agencies, including Charmvit Group.
Over the years, the group has expanded its investment in Vietnam on one hand, and it has carried out various social activities in the country on the other hand.
Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To highly appreciated the goodwill of Mr. Lee Dae Bong in particular and of Charmvit Group over the past years, when the chairman and the group have given donations to the Comradeship Fund of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces, which has offered scholarships to many children of public security wounded and fallen officers, saying that the scholarship is a source of encouragement for the children to overcome their difficult circumstances and achieve good results at school.
On behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To affirmed that the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam will support and create a favorable environment for foreign companies, including Korean ones, to invest and do business in Vietnam in accordance with the laws.
Expressing sincere thanks to Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To for the meeting, President Lee Dae Bong affirmed that he would increase the value of the scholarship for disadvantaged children, and accompany the Vietnam People's Public Security Fund in the time to come.
He also said that he wishes to see positive developments in the relationship between the two countries as well as the cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the group and other Korean partners.
