Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung attended and delivered a speech at the event.
In recent years, Bac Ninh province has been recognized by competent authorities as one of the leading localities in running practical and effective security and public order models of as well as efficient models of crime prevention and control.

Currently, the province is maintaining more than 3,400 grassroots-level models, including 12 models recognized by the Government’s Steering Committee 138 and the Ministry of Public Security as a good example to be duplicated nationwide.
Of the figure, Dai Dong commune runs 78 models, many of which have proven to be highly effective and active, significantly contributing to maintaining local security and order.
On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung commended and congratulated the Party Committees, authorities and the political system at all levels in Bac Ninh province and Dai Dong commune on their outstanding accomplishments in promoting the “All People Protecting National Security” movement.

He emphasized that local Party committees and authorities must further raise their awareness of the importance of building this movement, stressing that it should be implemented regularly across all areas, sectors and administrative levels.
He added that the content of the movement should be closely aligned with the Party’s directives, State policies and laws and the guidance of the Public Security Central Party Committee and local administrations, while its content and method should be frequently renovated and tailored to the specific conditions of each locality.
Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung also underscored the need to integrate the movement with other patriotic emulation movements launched by central and local authorities, contributing to political stability, socio-economic development and the safeguarding of national defence and security.

The Deputy Minister also requested that the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department continue to play its core role in the movement by proactively advising Party committees and authorities at all levels as well as by closely coordinating with local departments and sectors to organize broad-based campaigns.
He further called for continued efforts to build a clean, strong, regular, elite and modern Bac Ninh Police Force capable of fulfilling tasks in the new situation.
At the festival, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung presented Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Public Security to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the “All People Protecting National Security” movement.
He also offered gifts to underprivileged households, policy beneficiary families, persons with disabilities and disadvantaged children in the commune.
