According to Chau Hao Thuc’s statement, since November 2019, he has bought probiotics and other kinds of aquatic animal medicine and mixed them with industrial sugars, chemical pigments. He then packed, re-labeled and sold the fake animal medicines at prices ranging from VND 60,000 to 110,000 per pack.
