On the afternoon of July 3rd, the Tay Giang District Police Station received a report on a man stuck on a cliff in the middle of the fast-flowing A Vuong river, where the terrain is very complicated.

Receiving the report, the Tay Giang District Police Station and the A Tieng Communal Police Post immediately mobilized police officers and vehicles to the scene to rescue the victim.

Despite the danger, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Sy and Private First Class A Lang Phuc jumped into the fast-flowing river and swam toward the victim; finally they successfully reached the victim and took him to a safe place.
