* Next, Minister To Lam visited and presented gifts to the family of former Deputy Director of the former Lai Chau Provincial Police Department Giang Pao Ly, who was twice awarded the title “Typical National Emulation Soldier” in 1964 and 1967, and was honored to meet President Ho Chi Minh twice.
