In Phuoc Long district, young police officers of the Emulation Grouping provided a loan for Huynh Duc Ninh, commune police officer in 9C hamlet, Phong Thanh Tay B commune and presented 50 gifts to poor students with high academic performances at A Primary School, Phong Thanh Tay B.
Meanwhile, young police officers of the Economic Security Office of Bac Lieu coordinated with youths of ward 7, Bac Lieu city to present 35 gifts to poor students in the locality.
Young officers of the Traffic Police of Bac Lieu also coordinated with the Youth Union Chapter of Hoa Binh district and the local authorities of Minh Dieu commune to present gifts to 75 policy families, poor households and students in the commune. The gifts, including 800 kg of rice, 600 notebooks and other learning stuff, had been donated by the youths of the Traffic Police and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam in Bac Lieu.
The charitable activities aimed to encourage poor students to overcome their difficulties and achieve high academic grades as well as to beautify the image of the police in the people’s hearts and minds.
