Earlier that day, at approximately 4.00 p.m., Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, residing at No. 85 Hang Ma Street, Kinh Bac Ward, discovered a wallet at the intersection of Ngoc Han Cong Chua and Tran Quoc Toan streets.
He promptly reported and handed the purse over to the Kinh Bac Ward Police Station.
Upon inspection by the police, the purse contained approximately 25 million VND in cash, a mobile phone, a passport, two international Visa bank cards, and several personal documents.

After a quick verification, the police identified the rightful owner as Mr. Kweon O Bong, born in 1969, a South Korean expert currently working for a foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprise in Bac Ninh Province.
The police immediately contacted Mr. Kweon O Bong through his representative and invited him to the police station to reclaim his property.
In the presence of Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, the local police returned all the belongings to Mr. Kweon O Bong.
Upon receiving his property, Mr. Kweon O Bong expressed sincere gratitude to the Kinh Bac Ward Police Station and Mr. Nguyen Van Hung for their assistance.
