Dak Nong Provincial Police Department congratulates Catholic dignitaries on Christmas

On behalf of the Dak Nong Provincial Police Department, Senior Colonel Ho Song An presented flowers and extended warm regards, peaceful and merry Christmas to Bishop John Baptist Nguyen Huy Bac, as well as priests, dignitaries of the See and the local Catholic community.

The Director of the Dak Nong Provincial Police Department also informed the Bishop of the outstanding achievements in promoting socio-economic development, and consolidating security and defense in the province over the past time, stressing that the local religious communities in general and the Catholic community in particular play an important role in developing the province.

Senior Colonel Ho Song An expressed his thanks to the  See of the Ban Me Thuot Diocese and the local Catholic community for their positive cooperation and support for the local police force in the past, and hoped that the Bishop and all local priests, and dignitaries of the See and the local Catholic community will continue to support the local police in ensuring security and order and actively participate in the “All people protecting national security” movement.

On behalf of the See and the local Catholic community, Bishop John Baptist Nguyen Huy Bac thanked the Dak Nong Provincial Police Department for creating favorable conditions for the Catholic community to carry out religious practices in line with the laws, as well as uphold the tradition of honoring God and loving the country and live a socially and religiously good life.

The Bishop affirmed that the local Catholic community would continue to join hands with the local authorities, the police force and non-Catholic local people to build a peaceful, happy and developed life for all people in the province.
