At the ceremony, a leader of the Hau Giang Provincial Police Department announced a decision by the Director of the Hau Giang Provincial Police Department to hand over a “House of Comradeship” to Ms. Bui Thi Hai, daughter of public security officer Le Thi Nhieu, who had fallen during the Vietnamese people's resistance war against America.
In realizing the policy of the Party and State to return gratitude to those with good service to the country, the Ministry of Public Security had decided to derive an amount of money from the Public Security Comradeship Fund to support Ms. Bui Thi Hai to build a new house.

Congratulating Ms. Bui Thi Hai on her newly-built house, Deputy Director of the Hau Giang Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Phan Van Giu affirmed that the Party, the State, the Ministry of Public Security, Hau Giang province and the Hau Giang Provincial Police Department always take special care of families with meritorious services to the country, reflecting the deep gratitude and good tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Vietnamese people.
The Deputy Director wished that the family would continue to uphold their traditions, improve their economy and actively participate in the “All people protecting national security” movement.

On this occasion, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Hau Giang Provincial Police Department, the Chau Thanh A District Police Station and the local authority presented gifts to Ms. Bui Thi Hai's family, wishing a healthy and happy New Year to the family.
