| Delegates offer free health checkups and medicines to local people. |
Accordingly, the Women Union’s chapter and the Youth Union chapter of the Police Department of Prison, Correctional Institution and Juvenile Reformatory Management, the Hong Ca Prison, the 19-8 Hospital and the Yen Bai Provincial Police Department teamed up to give free health checkups and medicines and present gifts to 200 people in Hung Khanh commune, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province.
The beneficiaries are all victims of recent Typhoon Yagi and its related calamities.

In addition, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to 25 local policy families and 90 children at the Hoa Mi Kindergarten, which was built by the Hong Ca Prison.
The program was of great humanity as it contributed to tightening the police-civilian relationship as well as the coordination among the Police Department of Prison, Correctional Institution and Juvenile Reformatory Management, the Hong Ca Prison, the 19-8 Hospital, the Yen Bai Provincial Police Department.
