The Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security has just released the police records on the 17 people who have been accused of “Carrying out activities aimed at overthrowing the people's administration”, “Carrying out terrorist activities against the people's administration”, “Illegally producing, storing, and selling explosives” according to Articles 109, 113, 305 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended in 2017).
The ministry also announced 01 wanted fugitive who is related to the terrorist group of “Triều Đại Việt.” All of them are listed below:
(1) Full name: Dương Bá Giang

- On June 29, 2018, he was arrested by the Security Investigation Agency under the Ho Chi Minh City Municipal Police Department on charges of “Carrying out terrorist activities against the people's administration” as prescribed in Article 113 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended in 2017);
- On September 22, 2020, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court opened a first-instance trial and sentenced Dương Bá Giang to 18 years in prison and 5 years of probation. |

- On September 22, 2020, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court opened the first-instance trial and sentenced Nguyễn Khanh to 24 years in prison and 5 years of probation. |

On November 26, 2018, the Security Investigation Agency under the Quang Ngai Provincial Police Department issued a decision to prosecute Lê Văn Thương for “Carrying out activities aimed at overthrowing the people's administration” according to Article 109 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended in 2017). But Lê Văn Thương fled from his place in An Tan village, Nghia Thang commune, Tu Nghia district, Quang Ngai province on November 9, 2018, and has been wanted by the Quang Ngai Provincial Police Department since then. |

- On September 22, 2020, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court opened the first-instance trial and sentenced Nguyễn Minh Tấn to 18 years in prison and 5 years of probation. |
(8) Full name: Nguyễn Thị Bích Vân (female)

- On August 3, 2018, the Security Investigation Agency under the Tien Giang Provincial Police Department issued a decision to prosecute Nguyễn Thị Bích Vân for "Carrying out terrorist activities against the people's administration" as prescribed in Article 113 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended in 2017) and banned her from leaving her residence place.
- On September 22, 2020, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court opened the first-instance trial and sentenced Nguyễn Thị Bích Vân to 12 years in prison for her terrorist acts and 5 years of probation. |
