Public Security team wins 2 gold medals at 2025 National Muay Thai Championship

The participating Public Security Delegation won 2 gold and 6 bronze medals, ranking 7th overall.

Co-organized by the Thai Nguyen Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnam Sports Authority under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the tournament officially kicked off on August 29 with the participation of 337 athletes from 23 provinces, cities and sectors nationwide, competing in 40 combat categories and 4 performance categories.

After more than a week of competition, the tournament was closed. The Hanoi Delegation, which had stayed in form, secured first place overall in the 17–40 age group with 9 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze medals. In the 15–16 age group, Hanoi fighters also earned 6 gold medals.

Two public security gold winners are Dao Dai Hai (60kg category) and Phung Quang Huy (81kg category). In addition, public security fighters claimed 6 bronze medals, including 3 in performance categories.
