Speaking at the conference, Major General Trinh Ngoc Quyen underlined that the Law on Land is of great significance as it affects all aspects of social life, including economy, society, national defense and security.

The scientific conference aimed to extensively clarify new regulations of the 2024 Law on Land and evaluate their impacts on the Public Security Forces’ work of ensuring security and order, which will contribute to perfecting the theoretical system on ensuring security and order in the new situation after the 2024 Law on Land took effect from August 1st, 2024.
At the conference, delegates clarified and intensively analyzed the impacts of the 2024 Law on Land on the work of security and order protection, shared hands-on experience in maintaining security and order in the field of land management as well as discussed changes in the deployment of forces, means and measures of the Public Security Forces in line with the new law.

Following the spirit of continuous renovation of the Ministry of Public Security, delegates suggested training and retraining police officers in the law, as well as increasing scientific research on security and order protection so as to effectively ensure security and order, especially when the 2024 Law on Land has come into effect.
After the conference, the organizing committee will summarize delegates’ opinions and proposals to advise the competent authority on urgent and strategic approaches to ensure security and order in accordance with the 2024 Law on Land.
