Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam receives Lao Chief of Office of Ministry of Security

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam and Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Security of Laos Sisavath Keomalavong.

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam appreciated the visit by Major General Sisavath Keomalavong and his delegation, and believed that it would contribute to promoting and deepening the relations between the two countries and the two ministries.

He also asked the Ministry of Public Security’s Office and Department of Foreign Affairs to promote cooperation with the Office of the Ministry of Security of Laos in exchanging experience in foreign relations and advising leaders of the two ministries on ensuring security and order, so as to build the bilateral ties and cooperation between the two ministries as an important pillar in the special relations between Vietnam and Laos.

Mr. Sisavath Keomalavong thanked Deputy Minister Nam for his reception and expressed his hope that the close ties and cooperation between the two countries and ministries in general as well as the coordination between the two Offices in particular would be further promoted in the coming time.
