The Vietnamese side also suggested that the Lao MPS should provide regular updates to the Vietnam’s MPS regarding situations of the five convicts in prison.
In addition, Vietnam’s MPS hoped that the Lao MPS would also facilitate the transfer of Vietnamese nationals, who are currently serving prison sentences in Laos and wish to serve the remainders of their sentences in Vietnam.
