MPS - As part of the official visit to the Republic of Armenia by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man from April 1–4, a delegation from the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam led by Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To had a working session with a delegation from the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs, headed by its Deputy Minister Armen Ghazaryan, on April 3, 2025.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To affirmed that, since the establishment of Vietnam-Armenia diplomatic relations in 1992, the friendly relationship between the two countries has witnessed various positive developments in various fields, including politics, economics, trade, investment, tourism and education and training.

Congratulating Armenia on its achievements in socio-economic development and international integration, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To noted that the official visit to Vietnam by President of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan in November 2024 significantly contributed to enhancing bilateral ties in a substantive and effective manner, saying that it also strengthened political trust and mutual understanding, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation across all fields.
