At the meeting, the two sides exchanged the socio-economic situation and security and order situation in their localities, as well as shared hands-on experience in citizen protection and crime prevention and control.
In the spirit of friendship and cooperation, Senior Colonel Dao Quang Truong warmly welcomed the delegation of the Gyeonggi Bukbu Provincial Police Agency to the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department.

The host highlighted significant milestones in the relationship between the two provincial police agencies, especially the visit of a delegation of the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department to the Gyeonggi Bukbu Provincial Police Agency in September 2023.
Senior Colonel Dao Quang Truong suggested that the two sides continue to exchange information regarding issues of mutual concern, such as preventing and combating cyber fraud, drug-related crime, transnational crime, new types of crime or new criminal methods, contributing to implementing the Memorandum of Understanding between the two police agencies in a practical and effective manner, as well as to strengthening the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department and the Gyeonggi Bukbu Provincial Police Agency.

Sincerely thanking the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department for its warm welcome, Deputy Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Bukbu Provincial Police Agency extended his sympathy to the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department in particular and the Hai Phong city in general over their losses in the recent Typhoon Yagi.
Expressing his delight at positive developments in the friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the two police agencies, Major General Gwang Sun Gi wished, the bilateral ties between the two sides would thrive in a practical and effective manner, contributing to the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
