At 2.50 p.m. on July 5, when a patrol team from the Hung Phu Traffic Police Station, under the Can Tho City Police's Traffic Police Division, consisting of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoa Hiep (Team Leader), Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Huong and Senior Lieutenant Dang Thien Van, were on duty on Pham Hung Street, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City, a family went to them asking for help because their child named P.H.T in need for emergency treatment.

At that time, the traffic was heavy so the team quickly decided to use the police patrol vehicle to transport P.H.T and his parents to Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.
Luckily, they took child P.H.T to the hospital in time to received emergency care so the child has passed the critical stage.
The family expressed their deep gratitude to the patrol team for their swift assistance in the emergency.
