In his address, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To highly appreciated the positive outcomes of the “All People Protecting National Security” movement in Hai Chau Ward, affirming that the movement had received consistent attention and guidance from Party committees and local authorities at all levels.
He also acknowledged the active coordination among local civil agencies and mass organizations, and particularly the pivotal role of the local police and squads of the Grassroots-level Security Support Force in promoting the movement over the past year.

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To praised the Party organization, government and people of Da Nang City in general and Hai Chau Ward in particular for their notable achievements in safeguarding national security and ensuring social order and safety.
The Deputy Minister stressed that local authorities should further promote the “All People Protecting National Security” movement across local communities by continuously raising public awareness of protecting national security and encouraging voluntary participation of people in maintaining local order and security.
He also suggested renovating the form and content of the movement tailored to each residential area, agency, enterprise, religious establishment and local community.

Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To required that the Public Security Forces and the Grassroots-level Security Support Force should play their core role in promoting the movement, replicate effective models of the movement, offer commendations to exemplary individuals and collectives, enhance application of information technology and digital transformation to expand the movement into cyberspace, in line with the current trends.
On this occasion, the Minister of Public Security awarded a Certificate of Merit to the officials and people of Hai Chau Ward in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the “All People Protecting National Security” movement.
