During the first six months of 2025, public security units and agencies nationwide held meetings to disseminate and draw up plans to implement the resolutions issued by the Party Central Committee and the Public Security Central Party Committee, as well as promoted information drives on major policies of the Party and State and the significance of important national events.

Public security units and agencies across the country also initiated numerous political and ideological education campaigns, and launched emulation movements, cultural and artistic programs, sports tourneys, and social welfare activities in an innovative manner, bringing about profound political significance, practical outcomes and widespread impacts.
At the meeting, delegates shared practical experiences in conducting political and ideological education within the Public Security Forces, particularly while executing new policies to prepare candidates for upcoming Party congresses and rearrange staff at public security units and agencies according to the new organizational structure.

Delegates also pointed out challenges and proposed orientations for political and ideological education work in the second half of 2025 and the years ahead.
In his address, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To commended public security units and agencies nationwide for their achievements in conducting political and ideological education during the first half of the year.
He urged public security units and agencies to continue advising the Public Security Central Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security and local authorities to strengthen leadership and supervision over political and ideological education while maintaining internal political security and strict management of Party members, officers and enlistees.

The Deputy Minister also emphasized the need to early complete the organization of public security units and agencies responsible for political and ideological education, and continuously build capacity of officers in charge of political and ideological work to meet all standards and task requirements in the new context.
