Speaking at the ceremony, Minister To Lam emphasized that the signing of the Coordination Regulation will create an important legal basis for the two ministries to cooperate more comprehensively and closely on all aspects of the work of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, combating crime in the fields of industry and commerce.
Tran Tuan Anh, Minister of Industry and Trade stated that the Coordination Regulation between the two ministries will serve as clear and specific guidelines to achieve the goals of the two sectors in the coming time.
He suggested that relevant units of the two sides should regularly review, inspect and promote the implementation of the Regulation in a practical and effective manner.
After the signing ceremony, Minister To Lam presented the "Protection of Homeland Security" medals to leaders of Ministry of Industry and Trade while Minister Tran Tuan Anh presented the "For the Development of Industry and Trade of Vietnam" medals to leaders of the Ministry of Public Security.
