The 2024 Contest consisted of two rounds: the preliminary round and the finale.

The preliminary round attracted the participation of more than 5,000 cadres from Women’s Union chapters of public security units and agencies in localities nationwide.
The final contest, taking place on November 5th – 6th, was participated in by 44 outstanding contestants.

At the final contest, the contestants and their supporting teams will go through three stages, namely Introduction “We talk about ourselves”, Word-Catching “Policewomen - Integration and Development” and Talent “Courageous and Talented Women’s Union Officials”.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Director of the Department of Party and Political Affairs Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan underlined that the contest as a political activity aims to create a good chance for female officers in charge of Women Union affairs to improve their professional expertise and working skills as well as share their experience in organizing women activities and expanding women movements in the Public Security Forces.

The contest also contributes to spreading the beautiful image of the female public security officer with their qualities of courage, humanity, solidarity, creativity and integration, and promoting the movement of self-studying foreign languages among female public security officers, part of the requirements of public security officers for working in the international working environment by 2030.
