PM Pham Minh Chinh requested that the Department of Police for Social Order and Administrative Management should thoroughly grasp, draft a detailed plan and take the lead in realizing Resolution No. 57 initiated by the Politburo on creating a breakthrough in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

The Prime Minister underlined that the Department of Security Investigation should become an exemplary unit in national security protection, stressing that the public security department should firmly grasp the security situation, heighten vigilance, and must not be subjective in any circumstances.
The PM wished that the Department of Security Investigation would continue to uphold the heroic tradition of the Public Security Forces and make significant contributions to ushering the country into a new era — an era of national growth, prosperity and civilization, as well as of scientific and technological advancements, innovation and digital transformation.
