Deputy Director of the Soc Trang Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Pham Quoc Viet chaired the ceremony.
The training course, scheduled from November 25th to November 29th, is attended by 176 members of security and order protection teams in Chau Thanh district.

During the training course, participants will be trained by experienced police officers in 8 specific topics, with the aim of improving their political, legal and professional knowledge.
The training course also aims to augment their capabilities to fulfill their assigned tasks, as well as encourage them to play their pioneering role in supporting the local police to ensure security and order, develop the “All people protecting national security” movement in their localities.

Addressing the ceremony, Senior Colonel Pham Quoc Viet underlined the great significance of the Law on the Support Force for Protection Security and Order at the Grassroots Levels.
He said that the trainees will also have chance to share their hands-on experience in protecting security and order in their localities.
