Binh Duong police carry out traffic safety dissemination among local students and workers

MPS - The Youth Union chapter under the Binh Duong Provincial Police Department launched a program titled “Go to school with children” to disseminate traffic safety regulations and presented scholarships to students at the Lai Uyen Primary School, on October 4th, in Bau Bang district of Binh Duong province.

The program aimed to raise local awareness of the traffic safety regulations from the Road Traffic Law, contributing to helping them protect themselves as well as reducing the traffic accident rate in the province.

At the program, local traffic police officers instructed the students to walk safely on the roadside, wear helmet properly when riding bicycles and motorbikes, and deal with specific dangerous traffic situations.

To support disadvantaged children at the school, delegates also presented scholarships to five students, encouraging them to overcome their difficulties and achieve good academic results.

The program contributed to not only enhancing the local students’ awareness of traffic safety but also developing a safer and more civilized traffic environment in the province.

At the festival, the organizers explain the Road Traffic Law, traffic safety regulations and traffic culture to young workers and laborers, as well as presented many gifts to disadvantaged young workers and their children.
