Knowing that the local authority had had financial difficulties, Director of the Ha Giang Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc had mobilized resources from organizations, businesses and benefactors to support 1,000 tons of cement for Xin Man district to build new-style rural infrastructure and houses for poor households.
Accordingly, 800 tons of cement will be allocated to 8 communes in the district for the development of new-style rural projects, while the remaining 200 tons will be provided to poor households to eradicate their current shanty houses and erect new ones.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc underlined that Xin Man district is still facing several difficulties, of which the poor rate is high, the number of dilapidated and temporary houses is large, and inter-village traffic routes are mostly not concreted.
Against this backdrop, all police officers and enlistees of the Ha Giang Provincial Police Department donated their one-day salary to support the locality, while mobilizing other benefactors to support the district in developing new-style rural infrastructure and building houses for the poor.
The Director of the Ha Giang Provincial Police Department hoped that in the coming time, the local authority would effectively mobilize social strata as well as the entire local political system and people to join hands to reach the set targets of eradicating dilapidated and temporary houses in the district.
