Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To visits grassroots-level police stations in Nghe An

Over the past time, the Van An Communal Police Station and the Truong Vinh Ward Police closely followed the directives of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department as well as the local Party committees and authorities to mobilize the engagement of the entire political system in maintaining security and order.

They proactively grasped the local situation and promptly advised competent authorities to address emerging issues related to national security, avoiding unexpected surprises and the formation of security hotbeds.

Speaking at the working sessions, on behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the MPS leadership, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements attained by the two police units as well as local grassroots security and order protection teams over the past time.

Regarding their tasks in the time ahead, the Deputy Minister requested the two police units to proactively grasp the situation and promptly address issues related to security and order at the grassroots level in accordance with the “four on-sites” principle.

He also proposed that local Party committees, authorities and the Nghe An Provincial Police Department pay due attention to localities with potentially complex security issues, as well as conduct regular inspections and guide grassroots police through difficulties and challenges in their work.

On this occasion, the Deputy Minister presented gifts to the Van An Communal Police Station, the Truong Vinh Ward Police and local grassroots security and order protection teams, encouraging them to successfully fulfill their missions in the coming time.
