He reminded that the year of 2025 sees Party congresses at all local levels in the buildup to the 14th National Party Congress, the 80th founding anniversary of the Public Security Forces and various national major events, so the tasks of ensuring cybersecurity and combating cybercrime become increasingly challenging and demanding.

Against this backdrop, General Secretary To Lam requested that the Cybersecurity Force should closely collaborate with the military and other relevant functional forces to efficiently control cyberspace, prevent and defeat all sabotage plots and acts by hostile forces attempting to undermine the Party and State while effectively neutralizing cyberattacks and eliminating conditions favorable for cybercriminal activities in order to foster a healthy, safe and secure cyberspace for all citizens.
