With the spirit of frankly pointing out the weakness, clarifying the responsibility of the in-charge official and the concerned agency, delegates worked on solutions to the city’s issues.
On behalf of the Government’s Working Group, Minister Luong Tam Quang applauded the achievements of the Party Committee, the authority and people of Da Nang city over the past time.

In order to soon remove obstacles to Da Nang city in general and projects in the city in particular, Minister Luong Tam Quang requested that all ministries and branches should thoroughly grasp directions of the Party General Secretary on anti-waste, especially in utilizing financial resources and land resources. He stressed that the working session helped clarify the bottlenecks that need to be cleared.
The Minister also requested members of the working group and officials of Da Nang city to early find out solutions to break through the bottlenecks and unlock all resources for socio-economic development of the city with a sense of responsibility and in a prompt efficient and lawful way.

The minister also underlined the need to clearly determine the authority and the responsibility of the involved officials and agencies as well as set a deadline for each task so as to thoroughly solve all issues.
