During the conference, senior officials from the Central Organisation Commission, the Office of the Party Central Committee and departments under the Ministry of Public Security disseminated the basic contents of Directive No.35 issued by the Politburo, Instruction No.27 by the Central Organisation Commission, Circular No.01 by the Public Security Party Central Committee as well as issues related to personnel preparation for the Party congresses and the work of drafting documents for congresses.
Addressing the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen underlined that congresses of Party organizations of public security units and agencies at all levels for the 2025 – 2030 tenure in preparation for the 14th National Party Congress is a profound political activity and a key task of the entire Public Security Forces in 2025.

To achieve success, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen requested that all participants should heighten their sense of responsibility to fully comprehend the contents of Directive No.35 issued by the Politburo, Instruction No.27 by the Central Organisation Commission, Circular No.01 by the Public Security Party Central Committee as well as make a good preparation for personnel for the congresses.
The Deputy Minister asked the participants to point out specific difficulties and obstacles, especially learn lessons from the previous Party congresses, and propose solutions to them so that all Party congresses in the Public Security Forces will be held in accordance with the laws and Party regulations.

Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen underlined that the preparations for the Party congresses is of great significance, so all public security units and agencies should proactively draft organization plans, carefully prepare related contents and scrutinize the list of candidates for the Party committee so that they all have sufficient capacity, qualifications and moral qualities to meet the set standards.
