Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen attends “All People Protecting National Security” Festival in Hoa Binh province

MPS - Deputy Minister of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen, Head of the Central Steering Committee for the “All People Protecting National Security” movement, attended the 2025 “All People Protecting National Security” Festival held on June 19 in Vu Ban town, Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province.

In recent years, as the core force responsible for maintaining security and order, the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department has proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee in effectively implementing the “All People Protecting National Security” movement, considering the movement as a key task of particular significance in building a strong people’s security posture closely intertwined with a solid people’s heart posture.

Speaking at the festival on behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security and the Central Steering Committee for the movement, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen acknowledged the achievements of Hoa Binh province in promoting the movement over the years.

To further advance the movement in the coming period, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen called on Party committees, authorities and sectors at all local levels to raise their awareness of the movement’s importance, stressing that promoting the movement should be seen as a key political task of the entire political system and all people, requiring all organizations and citizens to actively participate in safeguarding local security and order.

The Deputy Minister instructed the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department to continue effectively implementing the Party’s guidelines, the State’s laws and policies and the Ministry of Public Security’s circulars on ensuring security and social order, while joining efforts to build a strong people’s security posture and a people’s heart posture closely aligned with a firm all-people defense posture.

Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen urged local authorities and police to further mobilize village elders, community leaders and other respected individuals among ethnic minorities as well as key figures in political and social organizations to lead the building of the movement, noting that they play an important role in mobilizing the local political system and the local people to build and promote the movement.

He also underscored that the local government should care for the material and spiritual well-being of the local people, promptly protect people’s legitimate interest, effectively implement ethnic and religious policies and social welfare policies in ethnic minority areas.

Finally, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen emphasized the need to build truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern Public Security Forces, while strengthening the Grassroots-level Security Support Force, which plays a direct role in maintaining security and order at agencies, enterprises, schools and residential areas.
