The meeting discussed the reallocation of office premises, logistics and infrastructure in accordance with Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 on the reorganization of the provincial-level police unit.
At the meeting, Deputy Director of the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Bui Duc Thinh reported on the coordination among the three provincial departments in counting and listing infrastructure projects, equipment, vehicles and facilities under the management of the police units in the three provinces.

All working premises, which were vacated due to the merger of communal and provincial-level police units, have been handed over to competent authorities to effectively manage and repurpose, preventing deterioration or waste of state assets.
The Lam Dong Provincial Police Department has also proactively arranged sufficient working spaces for newly established communal police stations and provincial-level functional divisions in line with their functions and responsibilities.

Director of the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Truong Minh Duong emphasized that, following the directive on the merger, the department promptly conducted a comprehensive inventory of facilities, equipment and vehicles managed by the local police and developed plans to allocate working space and accommodations for officers.
He added that the department had prioritized appointing ethnic minority officers with their deep understanding of local customs and practices to leading positions of police units at the grassroots level with the aim of raising the efficiency of ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.

Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc commended the three provincial police departments for their concerted effort and consensus in implementing the MPS leaders’ instructions, saying that within a short period, the departments had successfully done a large volume of complex tasks, and resolved unprecedented challenges.
The Deputy Minister requested that the newly merged Lam Dong Provincial Police Department and relevant local police units continue to efficiently utilize all available infrastructure projects, particularly manage redundant office premises, avoiding any waste, degradation, or loss of state property.
He also called on relevant departments under the Ministry of Public Security to promptly provide guidance and support for provincial-level police departments to resolve difficulties during the reorganization process.
