According to reports presented at the congress, during the 2020–2025 tenure, the PPA Party Committee effectively implemented the resolutions, directives and other documentation issued by the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security while realizing the resolution adopted at its previous Party Congress with a focus on intensifying Party building, force building and enhancing leadership over PPA’s political and professional missions.
During its term, the PPA Party Committee focused its leadership on carrying out comprehensive educational reforms to meet the need for current staffing and the requirement of the Public Security Forces for personnel rearrangement according to the new three-tier structure.

The Party Committee also directed its affiliated Party organizations of PPA’s faculties and functional departments to accelerate digital transformation in all working areas and promote the application of modern methods and tools in teaching and learning with the goal of building the academy as a leading institution in digital transformation and a “Smart Academy” model with an extensive application of information technology.

For the upcoming tenure, the Deputy Minister urged the Party organization to further strengthen its leadership in the academy’s implementation of resolutions, directives and documents of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security regarding Party building and force building.
He emphasized the need to continuously renew the academy’s training and educational programs by actively employing learner-centered and learning-by-doing approaches to effectively interconnect theoretical knowledge and practical application.
The Deputy Minister also suggested further developing a smart academy model integrated to the application of digital transformation and big data to enhance the quality of the academy’s teaching, learning and administration.

At the congress, delegates reviewed and commented on the draft political report submitted by the 17th PPA Party Executive Committee, elected the 18th Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term and selected a delegation to attend the 8th Public Security Party Congress.
These outcomes were documented in the congress resolution, which was approved at the meeting.
