In the second quarter of 2025, public security academies, schools and MPS functional departments effectively implemented their educational missions and achieved numerous significant results.

Notably, all public security educational institutions attached great importance to Party building and the building of the Public Security Forces, while their Party committees instructed lower-level Party organizations to organize congresses in preparation for the school-level Party congress for the 2025–2030 term.
The public security schools also promptly implemented the Ministry’s plans to realize the Party’s directives on creating breakthroughs in scientific and technological development, innovation and national digital transformation, successfully organized academic conferences at various levels, completed the procedures for the appraisal of scientific and technological research projects, and carefully revised and updated training programs, curricula and teaching materials in accordance with the new organizational model of the Public Security Forces.

Addressing the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To acknowledged the outstanding achievements of public security academies, schools and relevant under-ministerial departments in the second quarter of 2025.
Regarding key orientations for the coming time, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To requested that public security schools pay greater attention to Party building and the building of the Public Security Forces, while enhancing political and ideological education and fostering internal political security.
The Deputy Minister also requested the schools to organize Party congresses as scheduled in accordance with the Party’s regulations and procedures and to meet all political requirements.

He stressed that all public security schools should strictly comply with the regulations issued by the State and MPS on the student admission, perform well in every stage of the examination process, particularly in marking exam papers, while absolutely avoiding any errors and misconduct during the entrance exam.
Finally, the Deputy Minister stressed the need to enhance the quality of scientific research, complete the system of teaching materials and curricula of courses, and renovate teaching methods and programs, contributing to providing scientifically grounded arguments for policy-making in the public security sector, meeting the task requirements of the Public Security Forces newly restructured in the three-tier working organization.
