April, 03 2025
MPS - A delegation from the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department presented 50 million VND to the family of Mr. K’Dim, residing in Alley 45/31, 1/5 Street, B’Lao ward, Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province, supporting the family to repair their severely degraded home, on the morning of April 2, 2025.

Mr. K’Dim is a younger brother of martyr K’Mien, an outstanding son of Lam Dong province, who has heroically sacrificed his life for the cause of national liberation.

In 2007, the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department built a compassion house for Mr. K’Dim's family; however, after many years of use, the house has seriously downgraded, negatively affecting the family's daily activities.

Earlier, officers and enlistees of the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department had raised funds for the construction cost.

With the support, the local police showed their deep gratitude and sympathy for the martyr’s family, and wished the policy beneficiary family to have better living conditions.

By doing so, the local police also promote the national tradition “The good leaves protect the tattered ones” and contribute to the movement “Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses” in the province.

In addition to supporting Mr. K’Dim’s family, the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department is also carrying out a range of practical activities in support of disadvantaged policy officers and enlistees, policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious service, which are facing housing difficulty due to natural disasters or serious illnesses.
