Nghe An traffic police take critical child to hospital

MPS - The Dien Chau Traffic Police Station under the Traffic Police Division of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department has recently helped take a child showing signs of respiratory failure to hospital.

At 7:20 p.m. on April 14, while patrolling along National Highway 1A, the police team saw a car stopping on the roadside and the driver tried to signal for help, at Km440 in Nghi Long commune, Nghi Loc district.

The driver and passengers informed the police officers that a child inside the vehicle had suffered a head injury and was showing signs of respiratory failure with symptoms of cyanosis.

Fearing traffic congestion would risk his life, the family stopped the police, asking them for help.

Immediately, the traffic police officers used their patrol vehicle to take the child to the  Nghe An Friendship General Hospital for emergency treatment.

Thanks to the timely assistance of the police officers, the child received extensive care on time from doctors. He is now under treatment and he will hopefully recover soon.
