During the program, lecturers presented a number of topics including conditions and procedures for reduction of prison sentences, amnesty and conditional early release, credit policy for ex-prisoners, regulations of deleting criminal records and issuing criminal record issuance.

Police officers also explained about support policies for ex-prisoners to integrate into the community, and the work of managing and supervising ex-prisoners during their social integration.
At the program, lecturers also answered queries regarding relevant issues raised by prisoners.
The program helped prisoners learn more about laws and policies for inmates and ex-prisoners, and contributed to encouraging them to well serve their sentences and correct themselves so as to soon be released and become useful citizens in society.
