The content of the letter has been translated into English as follows:

In the early morning of January 16, 2026, while conducting patrols to ensure traffic order and safety on National Highway 1A in Tan Tien residential area, Hoang Mai Ward, Working Group No. 7 of the Dien Chau Traffic Police Station under the Traffic Police Division of the Nghe An Provincial Police detected two houses on fire but the residents inside did not notice it as they were as all in their sleep.

Upholding their spirit of “Ready to sacrifice themselves for the Fatherland and wholeheartedly serve the people,” the officers of Working Group No. 7 braved dangers, rushing to the scene to take urgent action to put up the fire and rescue people, and their property.

Thanks to the good coordination between the police and local people, 11 people were rescued, three motorbikes and one car were moved out of the fire area, minimizing the damage of the two affected families’ property.

The timely assistance of Working Group No. 7 of the Dien Chau Traffic Police Station was highly appreciated by the local authorities at all levels, local residents, and the two affected families.

This is an outstanding achievement of the local police, which clearly reflects the public security officer’s service spirit of “Staying awake for people’s peaceful sleep, standing guard for people’s entertainment, and regarding the happiness of the people as his own joy and purpose.”

The achievement has further beautified the image of the Public Security Forces and served as a role model in implementing the emulation movement of the Public Security Forces “Three Best: Most Disciplined – Most Loyal – Closest to the People.”

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements of the involved officers in particular and the unit in general.

The Deputy Minister requested the Nghe An Provincial Police Department to appropriately reward the officers and units for these excellent achievements.

Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen wished the Nghe An Police Force continued success in their work in the coming time.
