HCMC Police promotes cooperation with Royal Thai Police
MPS - Lieutenant General Le Dong Phong, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department, on September 5 received a delegation of the Royal Thai Police, led by General Tanisak Teerasawat, Deputy Commander in Chief and Special Advisor of the Royal Thai Police.
Lieutenant General Le Dong Phong briefed the guests on the situation of crimes as well as crime prevention and combat of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) in recent times. He also highlighted several effective measures taken by the Municipal Police of HCMC in preventing and fighting crimes.
General Tanisak Teerasawat thanked the Police of HCMC for the kind reception as well as for their sharing of valuable information and experience in controlling crimes and ensuring security and order. He expressed his hope that the cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Royal Thai Police would further be expanded in the time to come.
