Commander of the Security Guard Command Major General Pham Thanh Hung chaired the meeting.
According to reports at the meeting, in the first six months of 2025, the command actively and proactively advised the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership on directing relevant forces to closely coordinate with the Security Guard Force in deploying effective measures to ensure the safety of protected persons, while promptly detecting and settling complex issues related to security and order, denying any strategic surprise in all circumstances.

In addition, the command organized various training programs, professional refresher sessions, thematic skill courses, tactical drills and specialized training for its officers.
Addressing the meeting, on behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung acknowledged the achievements of the Security Guard Command and the entire force in the first half of 2025.
Regarding key tasks for the second half, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung requested that the Security Guard Command continue to uphold the principle of proactive security to ensure absolute safety of guarded objectives and protected persons in any circumstances, leaving no room for even the slightest oversight.

The Deputy Minister also called for accelerating digital transformation and the modernization of all working aspects of the force, enhancing coordination with relevant units from the security and police sectors, and strengthening international cooperation with traditional partners in the field of security guard.
Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung further requested the Security Guard Command to promptly finalize the list of candidates and related documents to ensure success in organizing the 10th Party Congress of the Security Guard Command for the 2025–2030 term.
