During the program, Binh Thuan young police officers gave students of the Phan Thanh Secondary School insights into approaches to prevent and combat drugs in schools, clarifying harmful effects of drugs to the society as well as methods to recognize and avoid drug evils.

On the occasion, the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department’s Youth Union chapter presented scholarships to 20 disadvantaged students of the Phan Thanh Secondary School, 100 gifts to local children and two disadvantaged young people in the commune.
In addition, the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department’s Youth Union chapter also visited and presented gifts to local Cham Ba Ni religious dignitaries.

Besides, the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department’s Youth Union chapter also organized a political activity themed "Preserving Cham culture – the armed forces and people having the same heart".
During the activity, the youth of the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department and Phan Thanh commune reviewed the history and learned about the traditions and cultural values of the Cham people, helping the youth better understand the importance of preserving and promoting the cultural values.
