Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen receives Chairman of the Turkey - Vietnam Business Council

Overview of the meeting.

Welcoming the Chairman of the Turkey - Vietnam Business Council and Turkish delegates to Vietnam in the context that the two countries had just celebrated the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations (1978), Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen expressed delight at the development of the bilateral relationship between Vietnam and Turkey over the past years.

The host said, the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security had worked with a number of Turkish companies to seek cooperation in manufacturing security products as Turkey has strengths in this field.
 

Chairman Reha Denemec makes remarks at the reception.

He underlined that the Ministry of Public Security wishes that the Chairman of the Turkey - Vietnam Business Council could serve as a bridge connecting the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam to leading Turkish enterprises in the field of security and defense industry.

The Vietnamese side hopes that the Turkish side will boost its cooperation with Vietnam in technology transfer and production of weapons, support tools and means, contributing to ensuring social order and safeguarding national security as well as stepping up the industrialization and modernization process of Vietnam.

Thanking Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen for the warm welcome, Chairman Reha Denemec affirmed that he would convey the cooperation proposal of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security to senior Turkish leaders.

Mr. Reha Denemec wished that the relationship between Turkey and Vietnam in general and the cooperation between Turkish partners and the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security in particular will further develop for the benefits of people of the two countries.

The guest also affirmed that he would do his best to  strengthen the bilateral relationship between the two countries, and cooperation between Turkish law enforcement agencies and the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security.
