Meanwhile, mass organizations under the Hanoi City Police Department carried out activities in support of the examinees and their families during the exam period. Notably, the Youth Union chapter of the Traffic Police Division distributed bottled water and leaflets on the Road Traffic Law at major examination sites.

The Hanoi City Police Department also deployed police teams to patrol and guard exam places to prevent exam fraud, crowd gatherings as well as theft and robbery, contributing to ensuring security and safety at exam locations.
Local police also increased inspections of lodging establishments near exam venues, especially accommodations rented by candidates, to prevent burglary or other criminal activities.

Throughout the exam (June 7–8, 2025), the Hanoi City Police Department assigned police officers to do duties around clock at examination venues to promptly respond to any arising situations, contributing to maintaining security and absolute safety of the important examination.
