At the meeting, Minister Luong Tam Quang noted that, in the face of ongoing regional and global fluctuations, Vietnam and Iran have maintained their friendly relations and close collaboration for mutual development.
He emphasized that the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam highly appreciated Ambassador Nazari’s contributions to enhancing the traditional friendship and multi-faceted cooperation between the two countries.

The Minister affirmed that the ambassador’s active efforts and goodwill to strengthen the bilateral relations and cooperation had also made a practical contribution to strengthening mutual understanding, trust and effective coordination between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and relevant Iranian law enforcement agencies, particularly in combating transnational crime as well as in developing security industry for the protection of national security and social order in each country.
Minister Luong Tam Quang wished that Ambassador Ali Akbar Nazari, in his different future working positions, would continue to support and promote practical cooperation between the two nations on par with the two countries’ needs and potential.

He also expressed his hope that the two sides would further collaborate and support each other at multilateral forums, share with each other experience in negotiating signing and implementing international treaties, in order to contribute effectively to the multilateral cooperation mechanisms, to which the two countries are member.
Sincerely thanking Minister Luong Tam Quang for the reception, Ambassador Ali Akbar Nazari expressed his appreciation for the good feelings and supports from the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Minister Luowng Tam Quang for for Iran and the ambassador himself during his tenure.

The outgoing Ambassador expressed his wish that the Vietnam–Iran cooperative relationship would continue to thrive, and pledging that he will contribute positively to the bilateral ties regardless of his future working position.
