According to reports presented at the meeting, in the first six months of 2025, the MPS Office closely adhered to the directives of the Party, the State, the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership, and effectively performed its function as a strategic advisory body to the Public Security Central Party Committee and MPS in leading all working aspects of the entire Public Security Forces.
On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To acknowledged and commended the MPS Office for its efforts and achievements during the first half.
Regarding key tasks for the second half of the year, the Deputy Minister requested the MPS Office to attach greater importance to Party building and force building, highlighting it as “the core of all core tasks”, in couple with effectively maintaining internal unity.

Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To also underlined that the MPS Office should make thorough preparations for its 10th Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term, while actively advising the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership on the organization of Party congresses of public security units and agencies at all levels in the buildup to the 8th Congress of the Public Security Central Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.
He suggested launching emulation movements, particularly those in celebration of the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnamese People’s Public Security Forces and the 20th anniversary of the “All People Protecting National Security” movement, as well as activities marking the upcoming 80th anniversary of the founding of the Public Security Staff Force.

Finally, the Deputy Minister urged the MPS Office to strongly renovate its mindset and working methods to enhance the quality of its advice to effectively support the leadership and management of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership, while promoting the application of science, technology and digital transformation in its operations.
