Regarding the issuance of citizens’ ID cards and registration of residential permits, the district police applied efficient methods to save their time and energy while avoiding authoritarian or annoying behaviors toward people.

To bring comfort to local people, the police collaborated with the Duc Pho District Post Office to deliver ID cards to the citizens. Additionally, officers of the Office of Administrative Management of Social Order in coordination with the Youth Union and Women’s Union organizations of the district police to form working teams to issue and renew ID cards at home to over 250 poor, disabled people and policy beneficiaries.
Particularly, the unit organizes special meetings with local citizens every year, to listen to the people’s opinions on working attitudes and manners of police officers with the aim of improving the quality of their services offered to the people.
